Vacation Planning Specialist

About the role

A remote role helping clients plan vacations and coordinate their travel arrangements. The specialist guides customers through booking and stays available before and after the trip.

What you will do

• Deliver strong customer service to clients planning vacations
• Research and coordinate options such as packages, cruises, tours and hotels
• Answer client questions and share useful travel information
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm reservations and trip details
• Keep accurate records of client communications and bookings
• Support clients before and after travel when needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable with email, online platforms and basic computer tools
• Organised with close attention to detail
• A positive attitude and professional communication style
