Seasonal Customer Experience Associate

About the role

Frontline support role answering user questions during a busy seasonal period and feeding insights back to product and operations teams.

What you will do

• Handle user questions by email and live chat, aiming to exceed expectations
• Diagnose problems and fix platform issues using internal tools
• Reach out to new and existing users so they get full value from the product
• Watch platform stability and escalate problems to engineering and product
• Review redemption requests following internal and regulatory rules
• Spot fraud patterns and report user feedback trends to other teams

What they look for

• Previous customer support or CX work at a sports betting, trading or prediction markets firm
• Working knowledge of prediction markets, including contracts, pricing and settlement
• Able to contribute from the first week with little ramp up
• Experience with Zendesk or a comparable support platform
• Familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace
