Own and mature the governance, risk and compliance function, leading a small team and overseeing audit, privacy, AI governance and risk programs as the company scales.
What you will do
- Own the unified control library and mappings across SOC 2, SOC 1 and HITRUST.
- Lead the audit program with Engineering, IT, People and Finance.
- Partner with Legal on data privacy, HIPAA and breach analysis.
- Maintain customer assurance, questionnaires and trust center content.
What they look for
- Five to ten years of related work experience.
- A relevant certification such as CISSP, CISA or CISM.
- Hands-on experience leading SOC 2 with HITRUST CSF certification in a high growth setting.
- Understanding of how to mature controls as the organization grows.
