What you will do

• Coach and manage security staff, plus oversee vendors, projects and approved budgets
• Lead control work across Azure, AWS and on-premises systems, including secure design and threat modeling
• Prioritise vulnerabilities by exposure and business impact, track fixes and confirm closure
• Oversee monitoring, detection and incident response, run exercises and track corrective actions
• Keep policies, risk assessments and control evidence with Compliance, covering HIPAA, HITRUST and SOC 2

What they look for

• Ten or more years in cybersecurity or security engineering, with at least two leading teams or programs
• Degree in information security, computer science or IT, or equal practical experience
• Record of turning security priorities into implemented controls in a regulated setting
• Hands-on cloud and enterprise security work, including Azure, AWS, identity and access management, endpoint and network security, encryption
• Experience with security monitoring and SIEM platforms
