Senior Account Executive

About the role

Own full-cycle sales for cloud professional and managed services aimed at startups and small to mid-size businesses. The role centers on building trust with AWS field teams and converting co-sell relationships into pipeline and closed deals.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle sales from discovery through close with a consultative approach
• Meet or exceed targets while balancing new customer acquisition and account growth
• Build relationships with AWS sellers and account teams, including in-person engagement at AWS offices
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and AWS-sourced referrals
• Lead proposal development, quoting and deal negotiation independently
• Keep CRM data accurate and report on pipeline health and forecast accuracy

What they look for

• Three or more years in sales at an AWS solutions integrator professional or managed services partner
• Direct experience with AWS startup and SMB segment sales teams
• Existing relationships with AWS account executives and partner sales managers
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Benefits

• Base salary between USD 135,000 and 150,000 depending on experience
• Commission plan with on-target earnings of roughly USD 350,000 to 400,000
