What you will do

• Build and ship multi-agent and autonomous systems in production with Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
• Choose and evaluate foundation models, then design and test RAG pipelines with attention to retrieval quality.
• Design secure, highly available AI architectures on AWS using the Well-Architected Framework and generative AI guidance.
• Run agents end to end: automated evaluation, guardrails, observability, cost and latency tuning, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Apply responsible AI controls such as guardrails, IAM, encryption and PII handling, and mentor junior engineers.

What they look for

• Eight or more years of related experience.
• Hands-on work across the AWS AI stack, including Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker and Amazon Q.
• Command of modern application architecture plus AI and LLM technologies.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, identity, security, automation and DevOps practice.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with vector search and knowledge integration.
