Senior AI Ops Engineer, Infrastructure

About the role

Suits an infrastructure or SRE engineer who likes production ML and takes audit and rollback seriously. Work starts from scratch inside a regulated bank, so every automated action needs a kill switch and a reason an examiner would accept.

What you will do

• Build and run high-volume pipelines that turn compute, network, storage and cloud telemetry into features for the AIOps store
• Train and tune anomaly and time-series models such as isolation forests, autoencoders or LSTMs to catch capacity problems early
• Assemble a live service and infrastructure topology graph and design correlation rules that cut raw alert volume
• Write and version remediation automation in Terraform or Ansible, each change with a tested rollback and kill switch

What they look for

• Five or more years in infrastructure, platform or site reliability engineering, with strong Python plus Go or a similar systems language
• Hands-on experience putting ML models into production for operational data, using TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Deep practice with infrastructure as code and orchestration such as Terraform, Ansible or Kubernetes operators
• A bachelor's degree, or four years of relevant education and experience in place of one
