About the role

Develop machine learning solutions and orchestrate complex data and agentic workflows for customer projects and company products. Help shape an AI operations platform while analyzing and improving how reliable and usable these systems are.

What you will do

Build machine learning solutions and orchestrate complex data and agentic workflows
Work across models, agents, tools and workflows to create reliable AI systems
Analyze and improve system performance and usability
Support mission-critical deployments and feed field insights into platform improvements

What they look for

BS in computer science, machine learning or a related field plus six or more years of relevant experience
Proven delivery of data-centric systems such as data engineering, cleaning, ETL pipelines, machine learning or production analytics
Experience creating evaluation methods and frameworks for agent performance, reliability and safety
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, planning and multi-agent architectures
