WMS Implementation Engineer

About the role

Onboard customers onto a warehouse management system, acting as both a technical and warehousing domain expert. You guide implementation projects from discovery to go live, translating operational needs into software configurations.

What you will do

• Lead full cycle warehouse management system implementations and ensure timely, high quality delivery
• Run discovery sessions covering receiving, picking, packing and shipping across domestic and international operations
• Translate operational processes into system workflows and configurations
• Write and run SQL queries for configuration, data validation and issue resolution
• Advise customers on reviewing and adjusting their processes to get the most from the system
• Handle customer consulting, configuration and basic project management, with occasional on site support

• Hands on experience implementing warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of core warehousing practices
• Strong SQL skills for configuration, validation and troubleshooting
• Ability to translate complex operational requirements into effective software setups
• Comfort delivering remote engagements with some travel possible

Pay

USD 85,000 to 110,000 per year
