About the role

The application AI ops team turns logs, traces and transaction signals into models that catch failing APIs and checkout errors before customers notice. The work is a from-scratch build inside a regulated institution, so code faces audit scrutiny.

What you will do

• Build ingestion and feature pipelines from logs, traces, APM data and transaction events
• Train and tune anomaly detection and forecasting models, including LLM-based log parsing
• Write tested remediation automation with rollback and approval gates
• Monitor your own models in production and retrain on a set cadence
• Take part in the on-call rotation for live automated actions

What they look for

• 5+ years of software or data engineering with production Python and a second language
• Experience productionizing ML models with TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Fluency with LLM techniques such as prompt design and retrieval-augmented generation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
