About the role

Work sits inside a network and pharmacy solutions group whose analyses many internal and external stakeholders depend on. The person supports financial and operational performance work and learns to build custom solutions for employer groups.

At a glance

What you will do

• Build, maintain and run reports, dashboards and data models for payment integrity services
• Track group product changes, deviations and implementations
• Keep data accurate across several sources
• Support month-end accruals, variance analysis and reporting updates
• Reconcile vendor payments and group billing, and handle budgeting and forecasting
• Help implement initiatives that make products and processes more efficient

What they look for

• At least 3 years in financial analysis or a related analytical role
• Strong with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and Tableau
• Critical thinker with a strategic view and a focus on continuous improvement
• Comfortable analysing large sets of disparate data
• Able to take initiative and pursue collaborative solutions independently
• Clear communicator who works well with people at every level

Nice to have

• 1 to 3+ years in healthcare insurance, with TPA, NSA or payment integrity knowledge
• Experience preparing presentations that explain complex information simply
