Senior Architect, Dynatrace and Observability

About the role

A senior observability leader acts as technical lead for a Dynatrace practice, guiding delivery quality, mentoring newly certified consultants and running customer-facing observability strategy engagements. The role is set up to grow into leadership of a wider observability services group.

What you will do

• Serve as technical lead for the Dynatrace practice and set delivery standards
• Mentor recently certified consultants toward independent practice
• Lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements
• Review delivery work and guide customers through platform migrations

What they look for

• At least three years of recent hands-on Dynatrace work in production enterprise settings
• Working knowledge of the Dynatrace SaaS third generation platform, including Grail, DQL, OpenPipeline, Workflows, AppEngine, Notebooks and D
• More than ten years of experience across observability strategy and advisory work

Nice to have

• Dynatrace Professional certification
