You act as the right hand to the regional general manager, turning market priorities into completed outcomes across product, operations, clinical, legal and revenue. The aim is to free the commercial team to win and retain larger enterprise and government clients.

What you will do
- Convert the general manager's priorities into structured requests across regional functions and track each to completion
- Run a weekly status rhythm on open items and escalate to the general manager only when a decision is required
- Maintain a live register of strategic initiatives with owner, status, dependency and next action
- Project-manage the headquarters side of new client launches, including product setup, clinical staffing and operations
- Lead three to five initiatives at once, defining scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria
- Keep pipeline data accurate weekly and flag coverage gaps three months before quarter end
