Senior Frontend React Engineer

About the role

A greenfield technology product for legal workflows needs a senior frontend engineer to set its architecture. The role shapes how clients and attorneys experience the product as it grows.

What you will do

• Own frontend architecture and implementation in React and TypeScript, from shared components to production workflows
• Turn designs and prototypes into production experiences, aligning with product and backend engineers
• Define frontend patterns for multi-step workflows including forms, validation, autosave, recovery and error states
• Work with the backend API engineer on contracts, data structures and client/server responsibilities
• Build secure, role-aware experiences with clear validation and accurate permission handling
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities, covering generated content, sources, confirmations and failures

What they look for

• Production experience with React and TypeScript applications involving complex workflows
• Experience establishing frontend architecture with significant backend integration
• Experience with multi-step or workflow-based applications including validation, persistence and error states
