Senior Backend Engineer, Platform Enablement

About the role

A senior backend and platform role that makes performance testing and analysis easy for engineering teams to adopt and own. The engineer builds tooling, guidance and AI-assisted workflows so teams can catch performance risks before production.

What you will do

• Create self-service workflows, templates, diagnostics and AI-assisted skills that cut bespoke support
• Apply AI in development practices to speed implementation, testing, debugging and documentation
• Encourage engineering teams to include performance testing in normal development and release work
• Turn early hands-on engagements into general capabilities many teams can adopt independently
• Provide technical expertise for difficult performance problems
