Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Own the visual identity and brand story across marketing, product, social and motion. Build systems and workflows that keep every asset consistent as the company scales.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the visual identity and brand story across all touchpoints
• Create workflows, tools and templates that keep generated assets consistent
• Partner with marketing on creative directions, campaigns and deliverables
• Work with product to create one cohesive brand experience
• Co-own and maintain brand and product design systems
• Use AI tools to speed production while keeping quality high

What they look for

• Seven or more years of brand design experience, including in-house work at product companies
• Portfolio showing strong craft in typography, layout, color and motion, including brand systems
• Experience leading a brand's creative direction, including a rebrand from concept to rollout
• Experience working directly with founders and executives in a fast-moving startup

Nice to have

• Fintech or other trust-heavy domain experience
