Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

A business development role covering both new business and growth of existing accounts. The person owns pipeline, retention and account expansion while reporting to the head of business development.

What you will do

• Build a personal lead generation pipeline through outbound work, networking and events
• Run the full deal cycle from discovery and scoping with production through proposal, negotiation and close
• Keep client satisfaction high and nurture relationships at operational, senior and strategic levels
• Act as the client's main contact when production issues arise and help both sides find solutions
• Negotiate contracts with clients, partners and vendors and support legal and finance on invoicing questions

What they look for

• A record of owning revenue at director level
• Experience selling or growing accounts across PC, console and mobile rather than one platform
• Ability to handle both sourcing new logos and growing existing accounts
• Strong operating discipline with CRM reporting and weekly planning
