Senior Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Own content from strategy through production and distribution, deciding what gets made and in which format, then ensuring it reaches the right audiences and contributes to revenue.

What you will do

• Own the content roadmap and the editorial point of view behind it
• Produce written, video, audio, webinar and interactive content, sometimes hands on and sometimes through partners
• Direct freelancers, editors, video editors and agencies so output scales beyond your own capacity
• Own the channel mix, including organic social, email, lifecycle, communities, syndication and in-product placements
• Build a repurposing engine so major assets yield many derivative placements
• Track reach, trial starts, activations, purchases and content-attributed revenue, and report to leadership

• A portfolio showing strong work across more than one medium
• A record of getting content in front of hard-to-reach audiences and knowing what moved them
• Comfort pulling your own data and identifying metrics that predict revenue
• Strong editorial judgment, a fast clean writing hand and effective use of AI while keeping your own voice
