What you will do
- Lead document execution, including setting and sharing project timelines
- Coordinate client contributors, stakeholders and internal resources such as quality control and publishing
- Interpret data, draft shell documents and run kickoff and comment resolution meetings
- Keep messaging, formatting and presentation consistent across client programs
- Conduct literature searches and perform peer quality control reviews
- Contribute to writing templates, style guides and reference management initiatives
What they look for
- At least five years as a medical writer in a CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical setting
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Experience drafting documents under established processes and templates
- Familiarity with lean authoring and structured content management
- Knowledge of ICH and US rules for clinical and regulatory documents
- Strong English written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Oncology, infectious disease or vaccine experience
- Writing clinical study reports, protocols, amendments, investigator brochures and module 2 or 5 documents
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements outside the US
- Comfort with document management, collaborative authoring and review tools
