You would help build a workforce planning function from scratch, turning operational data into forecasts and capacity plans that keep service levels steady.

What you will do
- Convert messy data from several sources into planning inputs the business can act on
- Work with operations, finance and department leaders to understand their decisions
- Build tools and data products so planners and leaders can answer their own questions
- Bring rigor to metrics such as forecast accuracy, capacity use and cost per prescription
- Own either data pipelines and models or dashboards and KPI definitions, depending on focus area

- Advanced SQL, able to write, tune and debug complex queries on large datasets
- Experience turning data into something a business partner used to decide
- Experience explaining technical results to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical or business field
Nice to have
- Workforce planning or capacity planning experience, including forecasting, scheduling, shrinkage or occupancy
- Supply chain, demand planning or S&OP experience in distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing or logistics
- Healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated industry experience
