About the role

A remote role deploying, maintaining and scaling physical server, network and cabling infrastructure in production data centers. It involves hands-on fieldwork, vendor coordination and travel.

What you will do

Triage and fix hardware and network faults, repairing or replacing failed components
Manage ticket queues and drive scheduled maintenance and break/fix activity
Keep asset tracking documentation and travel up to half the time domestically and abroad

Five or more years in production data center environments, including directing remote vendors
Deep understanding of server platforms and network infrastructure
US citizenship required for the assigned customers
Disciplined, detail-oriented approach to documentation and operational rigor
Comfort with hands-on fieldwork and travel
