Lead data science for the meals initiative and scale its systems and infrastructure

Experience defining KPIs and optimising funnels for product market fit
Clear communication of complex technical findings to senior stakeholders
Four or more years in data science or a related field
A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

Connecting offline evaluation metrics such as NDCG or precision and recall with online experiments
Causal inference methods beyond standard A/B tests
