Senior Data Scientist, People Analytics

About the role

Newly created post with room to shape modeling approaches, validation standards and how results reach senior leadership. Works closely with HR centres of expertise and people systems data.

What you will do

• Partner with HR leaders to learn what should be forecast or automated, then build models and agents they will act on
• Create AI agents that query people data, reason over it and act, with tool use, orchestration and guardrails
• Choose methods fit to each question, using experimentation and causal inference where cause is at stake
• Use LLMs to find patterns in survey comments and exit notes, and fold findings into models
• Explain statistical results and agent behaviour to HR and business audiences

What they look for

• Degree in statistics, economics, math, computer science or a similar analytical field
• Five or more years producing models and engineering solutions in production (less with a PhD or MS)
• Depth in regression, time series forecasting and classification
• Solid statistics base including experimentation and causal inference
• Ability to work independently, design your own validation and defend your method
