Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Join a team building intelligent systems that turn complex customer and revenue data into production machine learning products. You will own models from problem definition through deployment and ongoing improvement.

What you will do

• Create and ship models forecasting outcomes such as churn, expansion, conversion and engagement
• Maintain scalable pipelines that ingest data, retrain models, validate results and serve predictions
• Apply modern ML and LLM methods to structured and unstructured data where they add business value
• Track live models, test and validate them, and iterate to keep them reliable
• Partner with data engineers, product managers and business stakeholders on real problems
• Take solutions end to end, from experimentation to deployment, monitoring and optimisation

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, statistics, engineering or another quantitative field
• Solid grasp of statistical and machine learning methods such as regression, classification, survival analysis or causal inference
• Hands on work with large real world datasets, including feature engineering, validation and messy data
• Experience with unstructured data through embeddings, fine tuning or vector representations
• Strong Python for production software plus solid SQL skills

Nice to have

• A master's degree or PhD is welcome but not required
