About the role

Design system work and AI-assisted templates aim to replace one-off requests with reusable assets. The rest of the time goes to growth marketing output across print, digital and video.

At a glance

What you will do

• Grow the design system and build self-serve templates teams can use on their own
• Own brand governance and lead website and intranet design work
• Direct contract and freelance designers to keep production capacity steady
• Triage ad hoc creative requests and batch them with the core marketing queue
• Turn scripts into podcast, webinar and short video assets with the content manager

What they look for

• Brand and marketing design background, not UX or product design
• Experience with design systems and brand governance tools such as Frontify
• Ability to produce static and motion work across digital, print and events
• Confidence directing freelance designers and managing a request queue
• Skill at sequencing and batching high-volume work so priorities hold

First 90 days

• With the project manager, map where the request queue goes by requester, type and turnaround
• Review the state of brand governance tools and current brand initiatives
• Recommend sequencing, batching and reusable assets to clear the backlog
• Take in and triage incoming creative requests
