What you will do

Run and tune Kubernetes clusters in production
Handle cluster autoscaling and capacity planning with Karpenter and native Kubernetes tooling
Maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and improve CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure
Deploy and operate middleware such as Kafka, Redis and NGINX, and automate operational work in Golang and Python
Strengthen observability through monitoring, logging, alerting and distributed tracing

Three or more years as a DevOps, platform, site reliability or infrastructure engineer
Strong hands-on experience with at least one of AWS, GCP or Azure
Experience managing Kubernetes in production and using Karpenter for autoscaling and node lifecycle
Strong Terraform experience for infrastructure automation
Linux administration and networking fundamentals
Experience operating Kafka, Redis or NGINX

Nice to have

Experience running blockchain infrastructure or Web3 platforms
Deploying and managing blockchain nodes on Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Cosmos or other layer 1 or layer 2 networks
Experience with Argo CD, Helm, Helmfile or Flux
