A leadership role guiding a team of partner managers who build strategic partnerships with software vendors and hardware makers, driving partner revenue and team growth.
What you will do
- Own quarterly and annual partner revenue targets with dependable forecasting
- Review and approve go-to-market plans covering innovation, sales, marketing and forecasts
- Coach partner managers on strategy, deal approach, business reviews and executive engagement
- Set measurable goals and handle hiring, onboarding, performance and career growth
- Run the team operating cadence with pipeline reviews, forecast calls and partner reviews
- Standardise planning, enablement and forecasting across the portfolio
What they look for
- 8 or more years in partnership or channel roles, with experience leading a team
- Track record building and executing strategic partnerships with software vendors or hardware makers
- Ability to set portfolio strategy and hold a team to revenue targets
- Skill at developing partner managers into independent trusted advisors
- Experience driving large enterprise transactions needing executive sponsorship
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution skills
