Director, Innovative Patient Data Product Lead

About the role

Leads patient-focused data products spanning patient journey, hub and access domains. Sets vision, roadmap and adoption so that patient identification, access and adherence improve.

What you will do

• Own strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and lifecycle for patient journey, hub and access products
• Build products that carry business meaning, semantic definitions, reusable measures, metadata and lineage
• Turn strategy into executable plans with the data enablement organisation and clear delivery priorities
• Work with business, analytics and technology partners to prioritise valuable capabilities and cut duplication
• Grow adoption, manage product performance and refine offerings from user feedback
• Set product standards, governance routines, intake processes and value measures

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least ten years in pharma, healthcare, technology, data, analytics or consulting, centred on data products or analytics enablement
• At least five years of domain expertise in patient journey, hub and access data, patient services or market access analytics
• Strong cross-functional influence and product leadership

Nice to have

• Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred
