A senior leadership role owning the affiliate marketing function for the Brazilian market, from partner acquisition and negotiation to performance and channel profitability.
What you will do
- Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy for Brazil aligned with commercial goals
- Own partner acquisition, onboarding, account management and commercial development
- Lead and develop an affiliate team with clear objectives and operational processes
- Recruit and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, media partners, comparison sites and influencers
- Negotiate performance deals such as CPA, revenue share and hybrid arrangements
- Oversee tracking, attribution, reporting and payments while ensuring regulatory compliance
What they look for
- Extensive affiliate marketing and business development experience in B2C iGaming
- Prior senior affiliate leadership role such as Head of Affiliates or Affiliate Director
- Established network of affiliate partners in the Brazilian market
- Track record of building and scaling affiliate programmes that drive player acquisition and revenue
- Experience managing affiliate budgets and performance metrics such as FTDs, CPA, conversion, NGR, LTV and ROI
