Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

A performance marketing role owning paid acquisition day to day for a nutrition coaching brand, managing channels, spend, creative and landing pages to hit acquisition cost targets while growing new customers.

What you will do

• Own strategy, execution and daily optimisation across Google, Meta, TikTok and Bing
• Manage budget pacing and balance scale against efficiency to meet blended acquisition cost targets
• Own full-funnel conversion and run a landing page testing roadmap
• Drive creative testing across message, audience, format and platform with the design team
• Own reporting on paid new clients, acquisition cost and funnel conversion
• Work with the data team on event tracking and attribution

What they look for

• Three to five years in performance or growth marketing with depth in Google Ads
• Hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok ad spend personally
• Direct-to-consumer experience, ideally in health, wellness, telehealth or another regulated category
• Rigorous approach to testing and conversion rate optimisation
• Ability to identify growth through optimisation rather than simply raising spend

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance-adjacent or subscription businesses
