Leads the worldwide partner marketing function and acts as marketing counterpart to the partner organisation. Owns the marketing motion that recruits, enables and grows channel, technology and strategic partners.

- Set one coherent marketing strategy covering channel, technology and strategic partner types
- Refine partner segmentation, tiering, co-investment approach and joint planning rhythm
- Help design channel partner compensation and incentive economics with alliances leadership and finance
- Build marketing playbooks for recruiting partners, generating demand through them and launching joint solutions
- Work with regional demand generation, events and product marketing to tie ecosystem work to pipeline and ARR
- Define shared measurement proving the ecosystem creates incremental rather than reallocated growth
