Associate Director, Value-Based Care Sales

About the role

Grow membership and savings for an accountable care organisation by recruiting independent primary care practices into government value-based care contracts and expanding the network across new and existing markets.

What you will do

• Align with the senior director on go-to-market strategy and create personal territory plans
• Develop new relationships that drive growth in new and existing markets
• Engage prospective practices consultatively, evaluate fit and secure commitment to a suitable program
• Explain financial benefits and present participation opportunities to clinical and business staff
• Negotiate participation agreements and manage leads and deals in the CRM
• Track progress against goals and onboard recruited practices until operations take over

What they look for

• Five or more years of healthcare growth leadership, preferably in accountable care
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance and quality improvement methods
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker focused on business results and operational excellence

Pay

USD 90,000 to 200,000 per year
