Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Act as the on-the-ground face of an energy drink brand, turning national marketing strategies into local experiences that engage consumers. The role is field based and requires presence in the assigned market, leading teams and events.

What you will do

• Carry out 360 degree marketing plans that align with national and regional goals
• Build and maintain relationships with local event organizers and community partners
• Find and manage local sponsorships and brand partnerships
• Run consumer sampling programs and assess their performance to improve results
• Work with sales and distributor teams to boost retail visibility and in-store conversion

What they look for

• Five or more years in grassroots and brand marketing, ideally in CPG, food or beverage
• Three or more years of team management or field leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead teams, juggle priorities and work cross-functionally under tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree preferred
