What you will do
- Direct the full product cycle for manufactured home insurance, setting priorities from performance data, customer needs and business goals
- Oversee filing work including research, competitor analysis, actuarial collaboration, rate input, regulatory review and launch planning
- Examine performance reports, market trends, customer feedback and release materials so partners and teams can execute
- Apply SQL and product data to spot opportunities, measure outcomes and propose improvements or differentiation
- Guide initiatives from problem discovery through requirements, user stories, QA, release coordination and launch
- Coordinate with actuarial, IT, account executives, operations and support teams to resolve issues and align priorities
