Senior Director, Global SME Solutions Architecture

About the role

Build and lead a new global subject matter expert organization spanning three regions and four specialty areas. The team handles the most complex technical opportunities and feeds field insight back into product direction.

What you will do

• Build a resourcing model from bookings and consumption targets, sizing each product group by region
• Act as senior partner to product management and engineering through a structured feedback loop
• Own the engagement model with regional solutions architecture leaders, post-sales teams and customer success

What they look for

• Experience leading leaders rather than individual contributors
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
• Ability to partner with sales, product, engineering and marketing organizations
