Senior Director, Growth and Partnerships

About the role

Leads business development and commercial growth for the Canadian arm of a virtual care company, focused mainly on private sector clients such as employers and insurers. Owns the full client lifecycle from market strategy through renewal and expansion.

What you will do

• Meet revenue targets through new business, cross selling and organic growth
• Define and carry out a multi year growth roadmap across priority markets
• Lead go to market planning for new offerings and shape pricing and value propositions
• Manage the pipeline end to end, including proposals, pricing and contract execution
• Build lasting client relationships that support retention and expansion

What they look for

• Proven record of driving commercial growth and business development
• Experience in private sector B2B markets, ideally with insurers, employers or intermediaries
• Ability to lead cross functional go to market work with clinical, marketing, operations and product teams
• Skill with CRM data, performance dashboards and forecasting
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Comfort engaging senior client stakeholders consultatively
