What you will do

  • Build and improve marketing mix models and multi-touch attribution, mixing in-house work with bought tools
  • Use the insights in annual budgeting, forecasting and tactical investment calls
  • Lead a team of 8 to 12 data scientists and analysts
  • Run A/B and incrementality lift tests across digital, social and traditional channels
  • Set up dashboards and reporting that give leadership actionable numbers
