Senior Analyst, Financial Services Direct Mail Marketing Analytics

About the role

Support financial services clients by analysing and optimising direct mail campaigns. The role turns business questions into scalable analytical models and reports.

What you will do

• Build and maintain predictive models for campaign response, conversion and customer lifetime value
• Run response analysis, return on investment modelling and attribution to gauge campaign impact
• Create customer segmentation models that identify the best audiences for targeted mailings
• Design and run A/B tests and multivariate studies to refine creative, offers and targeting
• Build dashboards and automated reports in Tableau to track campaign metrics
• Write SQL queries and data pipelines, and keep data quality and regulatory compliance in check

What they look for

• Four or more years in analytics, data science or marketing analytics, ideally in financial services
• Hands-on experience with direct mail analytics, campaign optimisation or customer acquisition modelling
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with Google BigQuery preferred
• Solid grasp of regression, segmentation, propensity modelling and experimental design
• Experience with Tableau or a comparable visualisation tool

Nice to have

• Familiarity with banking, insurance or credit products
• Knowledge of marketing mix modelling or multi-touch attribution
• A background in A/B testing and experimental design
• Awareness of rules such as GLBA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
