What you will do

• Manage content, technical and local search programmes across several client accounts
• Audit sites and check location content for accuracy and optimisation chances
• Design and run search and generative engine experiments, including A/B test roadmaps
• Run competitor audits and track algorithm and AI search changes for timely advice
• Report results and present strategy to clients, executives and investors

What they look for

• Solid technical, content and local search skills, covering keyword research, audits, schema, crawling and indexing
• Experience managing business profiles, building citations and understanding local ranking factors
• Hands-on use of local listing platforms such as Yext or BrightLocal
• Knowledge of generative engine optimisation and how AI search affects visibility
• Proven ability to handle several client accounts at once
• Confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders and explaining data to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Healthcare or multi-location client experience
• Practical experience running search A/B tests
• Familiarity with Birdeye or similar reputation tools
• Agency background
