- Set and carry out analytics and business intelligence strategy for workforce programs and enterprise goals
- Turn complex workforce, participant and operational data into insights and clear recommendations
- Build executive dashboards, scorecards and KPIs covering program success, workforce outcomes and community impact
- Advise leadership through data storytelling, trend analysis and performance reporting
- Own the workforce data ecosystem, covering data quality, governance and reporting consistency across platforms
- Guide enterprise data improvements and responsible use of AI enabled analytics and automation
