Client Partner, Retail, CPG and Pharma

About the role

Drive growth in the retail, consumer packaged goods and pharma vertical by managing and expanding major enterprise partnerships and opening new high-potential accounts.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of 10 to 20 enterprise accounts, some existing and some new, across the vertical
• Act as the commercial lead, working with customer success, research and product teams
• Grow relationships across brands, categories and markets with complex commercial and regulatory needs
• Help clients uncover and activate insight through AI-native research

What they look for

• Demonstrated consultative enterprise sales experience, ideally in insights or research
• History of retaining and expanding large accounts across multiple business units
• Comfort engaging organisations with large brand portfolios and complex category considerations
• Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and conferences
• Located in or able to work from one of the listed US hub cities
