Working Student Recruiting and People Operations

About the role

A part-time student role supporting hiring and people operations, with room to own projects and use AI to streamline manual processes.

What you will do

• Coordinate hiring steps, keep in contact with applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Source talent actively and reach out directly, mostly through LinkedIn
• Help with people operations such as contracts, onboarding, data and policies
• Use AI to automate repetitive recruiting and people operations work
• Suggest improvements where processes stall and shift focus between recruiting and people ops

What they look for

• Currently enrolled in psychology, business, business informatics or a similar field with at least a year of study left
• Able to grasp tasks with little context and ask focused questions
• Breaks down unclear problems and proposes solutions rather than only raising questions
• Questions assumptions and existing practices
• Takes initiative, sharing ideas and aligning them before starting
• Confident with AI tools used in study or daily life

Nice to have

• Prior experience in recruiting or HR is welcome but not required
