What you will do
- Help project managers with initial project setup, tracking and onboarding workflows
- Track project margins and reconcile manager tracking sheets against accounting data
- Review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
- Assist project managers with submitting, reviewing and editing client invoices
- Monitor overdue client balances and lead follow-up efforts, reconciling payments to invoices
- Execute state business registrations and maintain the compliance tracker
