Senior Payroll Analyst

About the role

Run accurate, timely payroll for a multi-state workforce while meeting federal, state and local rules. The role links internal stakeholders, the HRIS team and an outside payroll provider, and drives controls, issue resolution and process improvements.

What you will do

• Process biweekly and semimonthly payroll for roughly 450 employees, gathering inputs, reviewing documentation, making adjustments and valida
• Partner with HR, HRIS and Finance to surface and resolve payroll issues, assign owners and timelines, run root cause analysis and track fixe
• Keep up with payroll regulations, assess the effect of changes and coordinate updates to processes, controls and system settings

What they look for

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline
• At least five years of experience running full cycle payroll
