What you will do
- Own a multi-year people operations and compliance roadmap aligned with business goals and enabled by AI
- Standardize, simplify and automate manual lifecycle workflows such as onboarding, data handling and offboarding
- Define operating models, service levels and metrics that raise quality and efficiency
- Work with compensation, legal, payroll, IT, audit and other partners on strategic priorities
- Run the case management platform from intake to resolution with clear service standards and escalation paths
- Develop a global team skilled in process design, data, automation and AI ways of working
