Business Development and Tender Opportunities Specialist

About the role

A growth focused sales role hunting for civil infrastructure, roadworks and earthworks projects across Australia. The specialist builds a steady pipeline of bulk materials supply contracts and hands large deals to executive leadership.

What you will do

• Check construction and government tender portals daily for upcoming civil works that need material supply.
• Reach out by phone and email to project managers, buyers and civil contractors to open quoting chances.
• Collect specifications, volumes and delivery timelines to help draft and follow up commercial supply proposals.
• Work through old customer records to revive inactive accounts and secure repeat supply business.
• Keep pipeline records of tenders, client contacts, follow up dates and conversion figures for leadership.
• Qualify leads, get pricing guidance for custom orders and pass high value deals to the executive director.

What they look for

• Ability to research projects, contractor leads and procurement contacts via platforms like EstimateOne or public tender databases.
• Strong written and spoken English for negotiating and building rapport with contractors and procurement managers.
• Experience with commercial CRM tools, sales tracking databases and business software such as Xero.

Nice to have

• Direct use of EstimateOne and state or federal government tender portals.
• Deep product knowledge of aggregates, recycled road base, sands and bulk material specifications.
• Commercial acumen in preparing preliminary supply quotes and proposal documents.

Pay

PHP 80,000 to 100,000 per month
