What you will do

• Act as the platform expert for HCM, security, reporting and integrations, keeping configuration stable and aligned with best practice
• Configure and tune business processes, tenant settings, security and analytics capabilities
• Build, test and run integrations using connectors, EIB, REST and SOAP APIs, XML and XSLT, Studio and Document Transformation
• Create and maintain advanced and matrix reports, dashboards and calculated fields, including reports exposed as web services
• Set up and maintain security groups and domain and business process policies that meet privacy and regulatory rules
• Monitor integrations, handle errors, analyse release impacts, run regression tests and support production

• Solid knowledge of integrations, advanced reporting, tenant management, regression testing and production support
• Understanding of HR processes, payroll dependencies, data governance, audit controls and compliance

• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication, able to influence decisions and clarify needs
