Business Operations Manager

About the role

A remote role supporting hotel partners in Thailand to improve their commercial results on an online booking platform. The manager analyzes performance data, monitors competitiveness and works with several internal teams.

What you will do

• Help existing partners improve their commercial success
• Support hotel registration and onboarding so properties start producing bookings
• Monitor rate, availability and cooperation terms against the market
• Use analytical tools to shape a data driven sales strategy
• Coordinate with marketing, finance and support teams
• Run partner events and pursue collaborations with key market players

What they look for

• Strong grasp of the Thai travel market and local hotel industry dynamics
• Commercial mindset with experience negotiating terms and growing bookings and revenue
• Ability to analyze booking and revenue data and understand pricing, discounts, cancellation policies, commissions and rate types
• Able to spot technical anomalies affecting visibility or revenue and work with teams to fix them
• Proactive, results focused and comfortable in a fast changing environment
