Support a portfolio of international clients in AI, SaaS, technology and digital businesses on a remote, success-based freelance basis. The partner sources, engages, screens and delivers candidates rather than forwarding CVs.
What you will do
- Source, engage and screen candidates in AI, tech and digital fields for international clients
- Headhunt proactively with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search
- Evaluate technical experience, portfolios and fit against client requirements
- Deliver well-screened candidates to active vacancies
- Use existing candidate networks across Europe and other markets
- Work independently on several vacancies, prioritising quality over volume
What they look for
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Five or more years of recruitment experience
- Proven international recruiting of technical and digital professionals
- Ability to assess technical background, portfolios and suitability
- Existing candidate networks in Europe and international markets
