What you will do
- Own the delivery plan, resource calendar, milestones, dependencies and governance for the work package
- Prepare weekly status updates, financial forecasts, risk and decision logs
- Run workshop logistics, capture actions and decisions, and escalate timeline, resource or budget impacts
What they look for
- At least five years in project or delivery management, with two or more in pharmaceutical or life sciences digital programmes
- Experience running a client facing work package independently
- Hands on work with time and materials budgets, resource planning, time approvals, forecasting and scope control
- Coordination of client, consulting and supplier teams across time zones
- Solid governance, reporting, RAID management and controlled documentation skills, plus strong written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Six to nine or more years of relevant delivery experience
- Coordination of commercial and medical workstreams and global template with local market delivery models
- PMP, PRINCE2 or a comparable qualification
- Agile familiarity and use of Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira
